The safety of users’ information is one of Bitkub's highest priorities. In order to make sure that the personal information of our users is safe and protected, we apply the “PDPA” or Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) to our policy.

What is personal data?

Personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify a person, both directly or indirectly, such as first name - surname, national ID number, date of birth, gender, race, address, contact information, e.g. phone number and email address), photographs, education history, work, medical record, criminal record, etc. However, information about a deceased person and a legal entity is not categorized as personal data in this PDPA.

Why is PDPA important?

PDPA helps protect personal data for everyone, and with this law, we can assure that our users’ information will not be used for purposes other than what it is intended.
