Documents Required for an Enterprise Account Application (KYB)

Here are the required documents and application forms you need to submit in case you want to open an enterprise account with Bitkub Exchange.

I. Bitkub Application Forms

1) Application for Opening a Digital Assets Trading Account (C-01)

2) Suitability Test for the Investment in the Digital Assets (Juristic Person) (C-02)

3) Power of Attorney (C-03)

4) User Agreement (C-04)

5) Consent and Acceptance of Risk in Digital Assets Investment (C-05)

6) Form for Declaration of Status as U.S. Person or Non-U.S. Person for Entity/Juristic Person (FATCA Form)

7) FATCA Form (W-9) - For U.S. companies

8) FATCA Form (W-8BEN-E) - For Non-U.S. companies that are Foreign Financial Institutions or Passive NFFEs

II. Supporting Documentation

1) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation

2) A copy of Company Affidavit

3) A copy of Memorandum of Association (if any)

4) A copy of Articles of Association

5) A copy of Value-Added Tax Registration (if any)

6) A copy of ID Card (for Thai) / Passport (for Non-Thai) of the authorized director and agent responsible for the account opening

7) A copy of Shareholder List (if any)

8) A copy of Board Resolution for Account Opening

9) A copy of Financial Statements for the last 2 years (if your company does not have the financial statement yet, you can submit a company's bank statement for the past 6 months instead)

10) A copy of the first page of the company’s savings account bankbook (only for Thai savings bank accounts)

**Remarks:

• Please ensure that all supporting documents are certified true copies with the signature of the authorized director or agent and that the company's stamp (if any) is affixed to each document. For documents (1) to (7), in the case of foreign incorporation or foreign juristic person, the documents must be certified by a Notary Public, a Consulate, an Embassy, or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Please ensure that the documents you upload to the system are not encrypted for prompt processing.
• The process will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the correct and complete original documentation.
