Due to the high volume of requests, please be informed that Bitkub Exchange's processing time of the 2-factor authentication (2FA) unlocking process has been adjusted, starting on 6 March 2024 onwards according to the following table.

Via Persona for general users | Within 3-5 days | Within 1 hour, but not more than 24 hours |
Via email for general users | Within 3-7 days | Within 1 hour, but not more than 24 hours |
Via PandaDoc for corporate users | Within 3-5 days | Within 1 hour, but not more than 24 hours |
