If your phone is lost or unusable, or your 2FA authenticator is removed from your device, you cannot manually disable the 2-factor Authentication (2FA) in the user interface. If you wish to disable 2FA for a corporate account (KYB), please follow the instructions below.
Prepare a board resolution letter with the details below:
- A statement "To request a 2FA disablement with Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. only"
- The corporate email address registered to your Bitkub account you wish to remove the 2FA
- Your company's name
- Current date
- Signature as per the company's condition
- Signature of the authorized director of the company and the company's stamp (if any)
Please send your request together with the documents to enterprise@bitkub.com using the corporate email that is registered with Bitkub. The process will be completed normally within 1 hour but not more than 24 hours after we receive the correct and complete documents from you.
* For the files attached to the email, if they are encrypted, please provide the password to open them. For security purposes, you may send the password separately. Before sending the email, please double-check that the recipient's email address belongs to Bitkub Exchange (must end with @bitkub.com).
** For general users (non-corporate users), please check the process of how to unlock 2FA here. **
