Notice in the event that Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. ("The Company") is unable to disclose the financial statements for the fiscal year 2019 within the due date from the Covid-19 situation causing difficulty in the audit of the auditor.
The company will disclose the financial statements after the preparation is completed in accordance with The Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand ("SEC")'s grace period which was announced for the period extension to 30 September 2020.
