It is important to note that Bitkub customer support will never ask for sensitive information such as your password, 2-factor authenticator (2FA) codes, or access to your device remotely.

If you receive an email that seems suspicious, it is advisable to double-check the sender's email address. To ensure that you are communicating with the official Bitkub team, kindly verify that the email received is from one of the following official Bitkub Exchange email addresses:

  • no-reply@bitkub.com
  • support@bitkub.com
  • newsletter@bitkub.com
  • help@bitkub.com
  • business@bitkub.com

*For your account security, kindly be reminded that an official email from Bitkub will always have @bitkub.com as the email domain.

Additionally, Bitkub uses an SMS channel to send messages to customers regarding updates on news or activities.

It is crucial to verify that the SMS message received is from the sender name "Bitkub" as shown in the example picture.

Remark: Please be cautious of fraudulent SMS messages that may appear to be sent by Bitkub but are actually from an impersonator.
