Fee credits are promotional amounts in THB given to users who participate in our campaigns or users who meet our requirements. Fee credits are used only for discounts on our trading fees in the THB market. These amounts cannot be used for trading, withdrawing, and transferring.
If your account has a fee credit balance greater than zero, it will be applied automatically whenever you buy or sell cryptocurrency. If your order has not yet been completed or matched, the fee credit will be reserved to secure it.
When you cancel your orders, the reserved fee credit will be automatically returned to your account.
Where can I see my fee credit amount?
On the website
You can easily find your fee credit balance in "My Dashboard".
On the application
You can see it on the trading page before you process Buy/Sell.
