Bitkub Saver Beta Package

Bitkub Saver Beta Package is a monthly subscription program that offers benefits and special privileges to members.

An applicant must read the terms and conditions of the Bitkub Saver Beta Package before subscribing to the program to enjoy the benefits including discount on fee credits for trading on the Bitkub Exchange’s platform, market analysis from Coindee Advisory, and more.

Eligible Applicants

• All customers (general (KYC) and corporate (KYB)) who own a verified Bitkub account.

Types of Subscription

There are 2 packages:

1. Starter Plus

• The subscription fee is 9 baht/month.

• Members will receive a free fee credit of 12.50 baht/month* credited to their Bitkub accounts. These credits can be used to pay trading fees up to 5,000 baht/month.
  
  

2. Pro Plus

• The subscription fee is 25 baht per 3 months.

• Members will receive a free fee credit of 13.75 baht/month* credited to their Bitkub accounts for three consecutive months starting from the completed subscription payment round. These credits can be used to pay trading fees up to 5,500 baht/month for three consecutive months and up to 16,500 baht/3 months.

* Please note that monthly fee credits received from the Bitkub Saver Beta Package cannot be transferred to other months under any circumstances.

How to Subscribe

1. Log in to your Bitkub account on the website (the subscription is currently available on the website only).

2. Read the terms and conditions before clicking the subscribe button.

3. Select the package and wait for the system to deduct the subscription fee per the cut-off round.

Attention

• A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant once the subscription is submitted.

• If the THB balance on the applicant’s Bitkub wallet is insufficient for the selected package, a notification email will be sent 3 days in advance before the subscription fee is deducted.

• The subscription fee will be deducted in Thai baht from the applicant’s Bitkub wallet on the 1st or the 16th of every month ("cut-off round").

• However, for customers who submit their subscription on 16 August - 15 September 2024 by 11:59 PM (GMT+7), the subscription fee will be deducted on 16 September 2024.

• If the system fails to deduct the subscription fee due to insufficient funds, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. 

Effective Date of Subscription

Subscriptions to the Bitkub Saver Beta Package will be activated once payment is completed.

1. Customers subscribing between 16 August - 15 September 2024, by 11:59 PM (GMT+7): will have the subscription fee deducted from their Bitkub wallet on 16 September 2024. The membership will be activated immediately after payment.

2. Customers subscribing from 16 September 2024 onwards: will have their membership activated upon completion of payment during the regular cut-off round.

The package and subscription details can be found on the My Subscription page (go to the profile icon on the dashboard and select ‘My Subscription’).

Subscription Renewal

The subscription will remain active as long as the fee can be successfully deducted from the subscriber’s account. This means that on the cut-off date, the system will continue to deduct the fee if the account balance is sufficient and the subscription is not cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation

There are 2 methods to cancel the subscription:

1. Cancel by system: only for the account with insufficient balance to pay the subscription on the cut-off date.

2. Self-cancellation

• Members can cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will take effect in the next cut-off round.

• However, members will still receive the benefits of the package until the next cut-off round.

Instructions 

1. Go to the Dashboard and select ‘My Subscription’.

2. Check the package details to make sure that you will cancel the correct one.

3. Click ‘Cancel subscription’.

A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is successfully submitted.

Remarks:

• The Company reserves the right to change, add, and/or cancel any details in the terms and conditions of the Bitkub Saver Beta Package, including benefits and/or special privileges. Any changes will be notified in advance.

• The Company has the sole right and discretion to evaluate and approve subscriptions to the Bitkub Saver Beta Package.

• Please note that applicants are not entitled to a refund of the paid Bitkub Saver Beta Package subscription fee under any circumstances.

• The use, benefits, and special privileges provided through the Bitkub Saver Beta Package are determined by the Company as announced at https://www.bitkub.com/.
