To ensure the security of your asset, once your Bitkub account is successfully connected with Line @bitkubconnect, you will get notifications for every login, deposit, withdrawal, and successful trading.
There are two methods to temporarily suspend your account via LINE Bitkub Connect are as follows:
- First method: The system will notify you whenever a transaction occurs in your account. If you did not perform the transaction yourself, you can immediately suspend your account by clicking the "Suspend account temporarily" button.
- Second method: If you wish to suspend your account manually, type #suspend and send the message. Then, click the "Suspend account temporarily" button to confirm.
