In case you find any suspicious activity or transactions in your account, are suspected that the account has been accessed by someone else, or just want to temporarily stop using your Bitkub account, you can suspend or freeze your account in 3 ways for the safety of your assets.
Method 1
Self-freeze through the Bitkub application
Please find a detailed explanation at How to freeze or delete a verified account (Tier 1 or higher).
Method 2
Self-freeze through Bitkub LINE Connect
Enter the chat with Bitkub LINE Connect and select the "Suspend My Account" menu.

Method 3
Contact Bitkub Support via email at support@bitkub.com or call 1518 and 02-032-9555
Please inform your information for verification (full name, your ID or passport number, and date of birth).
Please specify whether you want to suspend only some functions or fully suspend your account. You can see the list below.
1. Temporary crypto withdrawal suspension
2. Temporary THB withdrawal suspension
3. Temporary suspension of crypto buy-sell functions
4. Temporary crypto deposit suspension
5. Temporary THB deposit suspension
6. Temporary suspension of all the functions above (You can still log in to the account.)
7. Temporary suspension of all functions and log-in access
