Bitkub App: How to withdraw THB

You can click/tap on the image below (or select the full screen icon on the bottom right corner to expand) to see how to withdraw THB on the Bitkub application and check the written instructions below.



1. Log in to your Bitkub account. 

2. Tap the "Home icon" on the menu bar.

3. Tap "Withdraw THB".

4. Select your preferred bank account (where you will receive the THB), specify the withdrawal amount, enter 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app, and click "Check details before withdrawal" to confirm.

5. There will be a pop-up window informing you to receive the withdrawal confirmation email. (This step is required only when it is the first withdrawal to the selected bank account.)


*Please confirm the withdrawal within 24 hours by clicking the link sent to you via email. If you do not or cannot confirm it within the time specified, please cancel the said withdrawal and create a new withdrawal to ensure that your transaction is correct.


Processing time for withdrawal transactions


1. Via Kasikorn Bank

  • Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
  • Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is more than 2,000,000 Baht.
  • The maximum withdrawal is 20,000,000 Baht per transaction.


2. Via other banks

  • Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
  • The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 Baht per transaction.


Attention

  • In case your transaction is over 2,000,000 Baht and submitted after 06:00 PM (GMT+7), it will be credited to your bank account by 10:00 AM on the following day.
  • The withdrawal system is suspended daily, from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to the daily system maintenance on the bank side.
  • If your 2FA is active, the system will ask you to enter a 2FA password each time you withdraw.
  • Some fees might occur from the banks. Please check each bank's policy and rate for more details.
