** If there are some problems with the payment gateway that cause delays in the THB deposit or withdrawal, we will post announcements on the company's channels regarding the back-in-service time.

To make a withdrawal from the web version, please see below.

1. Log in to your Bitkub account.

2. Go to Wallet.

3. Click on the Withdraw button aligned to THB.

4. Select your preferred bank account (where you will receive the THB), specify the withdrawal amount, and click "Check details".

Remark: The maximum amount you can withdraw will be shown in the "Available balance" (See the daily limit).

5. Recheck the transaction details and select "Confirm".

6. There will be a pop-up window of the security verification that informs you to complete the security verification through 2 steps as follows:

• Verify with the authentication code from the Authenticator application (if the 2FA is enabled).
• Verify with the email OTP code received through the email address registered with Bitkub Exchange. (This step is required only when it is the first withdrawal to the selected bank account.)

Remarks

• Please confirm the THB withdrawal transaction through the security method within 10 minutes. If you cannot/do not complete it within the specified time, the transaction will be automatically canceled.
• Please be informed that after the THB withdrawal transaction cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

Processing time for withdrawal transactions

1. Via Kasikorn Bank

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is more than 2,000,000 Baht.
• The maximum withdrawal is 20,000,000 Baht per transaction.

2. Via other banks

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
• The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 Baht per transaction.

Attention

• Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway, your withdrawals might be affected and delayed. The withdrawal process may then be completed within 3 business days in order for the bank to verify the number of transactions. In case this happens, we will make an announcement in this regard and post it on our official communication channels.
• If your transaction is over 2,000,000 Baht and submitted after 06:00 PM (GMT+7), it will be credited to your bank account by 10:00 AM on the following day.
• The withdrawal system is suspended daily, from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to the daily system maintenance on the bank side.
• If your 2FA is active, the system will ask you to enter a 2FA password each time you withdraw.
• Some fees might occur from the banks. Please check each bank's policy and rate for more details.
