Although Zilliqa runs through Scilla, both entities are not intertwined. The purpose of Scilla in the future is that other blockchain platforms will be able to use Scilla as well. This differs from, for example, the ERC20 token or the Tron20 token whereby businesses and developers can only make use of their respective blockchain ecosystem.
