Bitkub App: How to deposit coins (Cryptocurrency)

The steps to deposit coins are as follows:
1. Open your Bitkub application and log in to your account.
2. Tap the "Wallet" icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap “Deposit" and select the coin menu you wish to deposit.

4. Select the network you wish to deposit.

5. The system will show you the following information:

• The QR code of your wallet address
• Your wallet address, comprising a long string of alphanumeric characters under the QR code
• Memo/ Destination Tag (Available for some tokens only)

6.1 Deposit using address copy.

• Copy your coin wallet address, then enter it on the sender page of the sender wallet to transfer the desired amount of coin.

6.2 Deposit using QR code scan.

• Scan the QR code to specify the coin wallet address.
  
  

7. You can check your deposit activity below “Transaction history,” which can be viewed by selecting the coin you deposited. (Only the transactions that are sent to the blockchain will be displayed here.)

8. A deposit transaction will be considered complete within 24 hours once it has a complete confirmation from the blockchain.*

Remarks:

• 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be activated before making coin deposits and withdrawals.

• You will receive notification of the coin deposit transaction via the email address associated with your transaction account.

* If your transaction is completed on the blockchain but the amount is not yet credited to your Bitkub account after 24 hours, please contact Bitkub Support so we can check for you.
