*** Please verify your bank account before making over-the-counter deposits. (Learn more about how to register your bank account to your Bitkub account here.)
For over-the-counter deposits, we require a bank deposit slip and a selfie photo. Please see the details below.
1. Log in to your Bitkub account.
2. From the Homepage, click the WALLET icon at the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click on the Deposit button aligned to THB.
4. Select the Transfer THB.
*** Please be advised that your bank account information should match your Bitkub account information.
5. Select the bank and enter the amount you want to deposit over the counter. Then, click DEPOSIT NOW.
* The minimum deposit amount is 50,000 THB/transaction.
6. The system will show the amount that you have entered. Please review the details then click OK.
7. The system will ask you to upload your proof of over-the-counter deposit. After that, click UPLOAD.
The uploaded documents must follow the requirements below:
- Your uploaded documents must be in one of our supported formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG.
- Your proof of payment must match your verified bank account information (deposit amount, account name, and account number).
- All your uploaded documents must be clear and readable in high resolution.
Examples: Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer (OTC) and a THB deposit in cash via an ATM
- Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer at Kasikorn Bank (KBank): the Withdrawal/Account Debiting form (red form) and the Deposit/Payment/Transfer to bank account form (green form)
- Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer from other banks
- Proof of a THB deposit in cash via an ATM
8. For customers who make an OTC deposit by using cash (not deducted from a bank account) or a THB deposit in cash via an ATM, after uploading your proof of deposit on the system, please take a selfie of you holding your valid ID card/passport along with a piece of paper with the following texts, and send it to support@bitkub.com (by using the email address that is linked to your Bitkub account).
- "I would like to confirm my bank deposit amount THB XXXX.XX to Bitkub.com."
