What you need to know before choosing to deposit THB by transferring over the counter (OTC)
- Your Bitkub account must be verified and at least 1 bank account must already be linked to your Bitkub account. (Learn more about how to register your bank account to your Bitkub account here.)
- The minimum deposit by using this method is 50,000 THB/transaction.
- After you make a deposit by this method, you must upload a proof of deposit (such as a deposit slip) to confirm a successful transaction.
- If you transfer over the counter by using cash (not deducted from a bank account), a selfie will be required via email (see the details in the last step).
To deposit over the counter, please see the steps below.
1. Log in to your account on the Bitkub application.
2. Go to the Wallet menu on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap “Deposit” on the THB menu.
4. Select the THB deposit method as “Transfer THB”.
4.1 Select the bank account you want to use.
- If you select a KBank account, the recipient account of Bitkub Exchange will be an account of the KBank as well. Other than that, the recipient account of Bitkub Exchange will be of the SCB bank.
- The name of the bank account owner must be the same as the Bitkub account owner.
4.2 Specify the amount you want to deposit.
4.3 Click “Deposit Now”.
5. Click “Yes” to confirm to deposit.
6. The system will show the deposit amount; please check and make sure you deposit the exact amount including the decimal digits.
7. Once you complete transferring the money, click “Upload proof of deposit” to select the photo of your deposit slip, and click “Confirm Upload”.
The uploaded proof of deposit must follow the requirements below:
- You must upload only your own proof of deposit.
The photo must be clear, readable, and of high resolution.
Your photo must be in one of the supported formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG.
If you wish to change the deposit amount and/or the deposit method, please cancel your previous/pending transaction before creating a new one.
Examples: Proof of payment through over-the-counter transfer (OTC) and a THB deposit in cash via an ATM
- Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer at Kasikorn Bank (KBank): the Withdrawal/Account Debiting form (red form) and the Deposit/Payment/Transfer to bank account form (green form)
- Proof of payment by over-the-counter transfer from other banks
- Proof of a THB deposit in cash via an ATM
8. For customers who make an OTC deposit by using cash (not deducted from a bank account) or a THB deposit in cash via an ATM, after uploading the proof of deposit on the system, please take a selfie of you holding your valid ID card/passport along with a piece of paper with the following texts, and send it to support@bitkub.com (by using the email address that is linked to your Bitkub account).
- "I would like to confirm my bank deposit amount THB XXXXX.XX to Bitkub.com."
- The email address registered with your Bitkub account

The deposit will be completed within 3 days after you upload/submit all the correct and complete documents.
