To make a withdrawal from the web version, please see below.

1. Log in to your Bitkub account.

2. Go to Wallet.

3. Click on the Withdraw button aligned to THB.

4. Select your bank account, enter your withdrawal amount, and input your 2FA code (after you complete the bank account verification).

Remark: The maximum amount you can withdraw will be shown at Available balance (See the daily limit).

5. There will be a pop-up window informing you to receive the withdrawal confirmation email. (This step is required only when it is the first withdrawal to the selected bank account.)

*Please confirm the withdrawal within 24 hours by clicking the link sent to you via email. If you do not or cannot confirm it within the time specified, please cancel the said withdrawal and create a new withdrawal to ensure that your transaction is correct.

Processing time for withdrawal transactions

1. Via Kasikorn Bank

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is more than 2,000,000 Baht.
• The maximum withdrawal is 20,000,000 Baht per transaction.

2. Via other banks

• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours if the amount is less than 2,000,000 Baht.
• The maximum withdrawal is 2,000,000 Baht per transaction.

Attention

• Should there be any unexpected issue from the payment gateway, your withdrawals might be affected and delayed. The withdrawal process may then complete within 3 business days in order for the bank to verify the number of transactions. In case this happens, we will make an announcement in this regard and post it on our official communication channels.
• In case your transaction is over 2,000,000 Baht and submitted after 06:00 PM (GMT+7), it will be credited to your bank account by 10:00 AM on the following day.
• The withdrawal system is suspended daily, from 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM (GMT+7) due to the daily system maintenance on the bank side.
• If your 2FA is active, the system will ask you to enter a 2FA password each time you withdraw.
• Some fees might occur from the banks. Please check each bank's policy and rate for more details.
