Depositing tokens to the wrong address
- Bitkub Exchange will not receive the tokens if you send them to the wrong recipient address. Also, the Company is not responsible for any asset loss that you have sent to the wrong address. In this case, we advise you to contact the owner of the recipient's address.
Withdrawing tokens to the wrong address
- Once you submit and confirm a crypto withdrawal transaction through the link sent to your email, the withdrawal process will automatically start and list the transaction on the blockchain. After the process starts on the blockchain, the Company will not be able to cancel or stop the transaction. To prevent any asset loss, please check the address and transaction details carefully before you confirm the transaction or contact the wallet owner after they have received your tokens.
