How to cancel open orders on Bitkub application

If you want to cancel your open orders from the Bitkub website, please visit How to cancel open order.

1. Log in to your Bitkub application.

2. Tap on "Market" at the bottom of the screen and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to cancel orders.

3. Tap the "Open orders" on the top right of the screen.

4. You will see all your buy/sell open order(s) of the cryptocurrencies.

5. If you wish to view the open order(s) of the cryptocurrencies you selected from step two, you can check the check mark in front of the message "Hide other pairs."

6. Tap "Cancel" to continue the cancellation.

7. Tap "Confirm" to confirm the cancellation.

In the advanced mode, please scroll down to view the open order(s) of the cryptocurrencies as shown in the picture below.

Remark: Once your order is successfully matched, you will not be able to cancel it.
