Bitkub Exchange will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of Band Protocol (BAND) and Secret (SCRT) temporarily. Please see the details below.
The temporary deposit and withdrawal suspension of BAND and SCRT is solely for system improvement as per the Company’s regular operation and system development plan in order to provide better services for the customers. During the processing period, you can still access all other services as usual, and the aforementioned temporary suspension will not affect your assets in any way.
The Company would like to assure you that your assets are stored securely in accordance with the strict digital asset storage policy, and the storage of our customers complies with all related laws and regulations.

Attention: The Changes After The Completed System Improvement
- After the system improvement is completed, you will be required to create and use only a new BAND and SCRT wallet address for your future BAND and SCRT deposits to prevent asset loss and maintain the continuity of transactions.
- Creating a new wallet address does not affect the BAND and SCRT balance or trading.
- Using an old BAND and SCRT address (created before this maintenance) for depositing BAND and SCRT after the maintenance may lead to asset loss. Please be vigilant for BAND and SCRT deposits. The Company reserves the right to consider recovering tokens that are lost from such cases individually.
