According to the suspension (temporary) of Band Protocol (BAND) and Secret (SCRT) deposit and withdrawal for scheduled system improvement as per the Company’s regular system development plan on 18 April 2023, we are pleased to inform you that the process is now completed. The related information and schedule are as follows.
New BAND and SCRT Wallet Address Creation
This system upgrade resulted in the change of BAND and SCRT wallet addresses. All BAND and SCRT addresses that were created before the system upgrade began on 18 April 2023 at 01:00 PM (GMT+7) can no longer be used for BAND and SCRT deposits.
To prevent asset loss and for continuity of BAND และ SCRT deposits, please go to the BAND and SCRT deposit page to create and use a new BAND and SCRT wallet address only for your future BAND and SCRT deposits, starting from the date and time stated below.

Attention:
- This system upgrade and the wallet change do not affect your assets in any way.
- Using your old, inactive BAND and SCRT address for deposits may result in a loss of transactions.
- The new BAND and SCRT addresses are still currently available for transactions only via Band Protocol Network and Secret Network respectively.
- All BAND and SCRT wallet addresses (created before 18 April 2023 at 01:00 PM) can no longer be used for BAND and SCRT deposits starting from 18 April 2023 at 02:00 PM (GMT+7) onwards.
