Currently, Bitkub Exchange supports 2 methods for verification of Thai nationals which are:

National Digital ID or NDID service; the details will be provided in this article.
Basic Information about NDID
NDID (stands for National Digital ID) is a digital verification method for verifying users when applying for online services. NDID helps accommodate users with registration and enhances the level of online transactions to be more reliable and secure.
Attention
Customers who intend to complete the verification with Bitkub Exchange through NDID must have completed the NDID verification with a provider in Thailand prior to the use of this method on Bitkub Exchange.
Please access the verification system from your Bitkub application or a mobile browser only. If you log in from a PC, the system will notify you to change to a mobile device with a QR code to scan to continue the process.
Instructions for how to complete the NDID on the Bitkub application
1. After you complete steps 1-11 as per this article, you will see a page where you need to select the verification method; in this case, please select NDID and click "Next".
Remark:
You will not be able to select the NDID method if you previously failed to complete it 3 times; the system will also show the counting down time (24 hours) until you can select this method again.
2. Read the terms and conditions of NDID service and click "Accept" to continue.
3. Read the instructions for how to complete the NDID and click "Next".
4. Select the NDID provider you would like to use and click "Next".
If you never completed the NDID before, the system will ask you to select another verification method or you can select an NDID provider and process to complete the NDID on the chosen provider’s application.**
5. Open the application of the NDID provider that you choose in the previous step.
6. Complete the process on the provider’s application within the given timeframe (60 minutes).
If your information is submitted successfully through the NDID service and Bitkub already receives it. Please wait for an email from us notifying you of the verification result.

Basic steps for Persona or NDID issues
1. Change the internet connection
1.1 Make sure to connect with the most stable internet signal.
1.2 Change the internet signal from WiFi to cellular data (or vice versa).
2. In case the issue still persists on the application, please try to continue the verification at https://www.bitkub.com/kyc/login on the mobile browser (Google Chrome is recommended).
