Bitkub Exchange will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal of Polkadot (DOT) according to the below schedule to improve the wallet address system.
In the meantime, you can still access all other services as usual. Please rest assured that the process does not affect your assets.

Attention: Changes After The Completed System Improvement
After the system improvement is complete, you will need to create and use only a new DOT wallet address for your future DOT deposits to prevent asset loss and maintain the continuity of transactions.
Creating a new wallet address does not affect the DOT balance and trading.
Using an old DOT address (created before this maintenance) for depositing DOT after the maintenance may lead to asset loss. Please be vigilant when making a transaction. The Company reserves the right to consider recovering tokens that are lost from such cases individually.
