What is the Rate Limit?

Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 10:52 AM

When using the API, Bitkub Exchange imposes a "Rate Limit" to regulate how frequently each user can send requests. This is done to maintain the efficiency and longevity of the API server.

  • By default, Bitkub Exchange sets a rate limit of 100 to 150 requests per second for all users (with a global rate limit of 100 requests per second). However, this rate can be adjusted as needed.

  • Each REST API has its own specific rate limit, which can be found in the API document.
