How to Check and Update Mobile Operating System Version

To ensure a seamless experience while using the Bitkub application, we recommend that you update your device's operating system regularly or when it is available. The minimum version suitable for the Bitkub application is at least version 7 for Android and version 13.0 for iOS.

Android

  1. Go to Settings About phone.
  2. Select the Software information or Android version menu (depending on your device's model).


iOS

  1. Go to Settings > General > About.
  2. You will see the details of your device's operating system and version.


How to update your device's operating system version


Android

  1. Go to Settings > Software Update*.
  2. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

* The Software Update menu might be located in the 'System' section in some models.
