As a leading digital asset operator, Bitkub Exchange commits to strengthening security and preventing financial crimes. In collaboration with the Bank of Thailand, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other legal entities, we have implemented measures to combat mule accounts, cybercrime, and money laundering. Notably, we are the first digital asset operator to introduce a mule account management policy, in effect since 3 February 2025. Under this policy, withdrawal requests from customers who complete their account verification on or after 1 January 2025 will be temporarily placed on hold for further review.
