Following a period after Bitkub Exchange (“Company”) activated the withdrawal of the Flare (FLR) token to facilitate our customers who participated in the FLR airdrop (reference), the Company has determined it appropriate to terminate the FLR withdrawal system according to the following schedule and details.

Remarks:
Customers who are unable to manage to withdraw their remaining FLR tokens from Bitkub Exchange by the aforementioned date and time can contact our Customer Support at support@bitkub.com or call 1518 and 02-032-9555 for further assistance. We will be pleased to provide you with our support. However, it shall be deemed that:
Such customers acknowledge and agree to allow Bitkub Exchange to reasonably manage FLR tokens on the Bitkub platform.
Such customers acknowledge that withdrawing FLR tokens after the withdrawal termination date and cessation of service from Bitkub Exchange may take longer than usual. However, Bitkub Exchange does not guarantee that the asset recovery will be achievable.
The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for storing any outstanding digital assets. This fee includes any expenses that may arise as a result of your failure to withdraw the digital assets from the Company's system within the specified period.
Cryptocurrency and digital tokens involve high risks; investors may lose all investment money and should study information carefully and make investments according to their own risk profile. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any loss or damages, or profits and losses from investing in digital assets related to this announcement and/or from the use of the information contained in this notice.
