As Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“Company”) continuously evaluates and monitors the qualification of digital assets available on its platform, the Company would like to inform you of the digital assets that no longer meet the criteria as follows.
Cortex (CTXC)
As a result, the CTXC token will be delisted from the Company’s digital asset exchange platform (“Bitkub Exchange”). A DE (Delist symbol) notification will be displayed to inform all users and proceed with the delisting of CTXC according to the Company's schedule
In this regard, please be advised to promptly assess and manage your CTXC holdings before the delisting of CTXC from Bitkub Exchange.
To facilitate our customers and investors with asset management, the Company hereby announces the delisting schedule of CTXC below.
Termination of depositing service of CTXC tokens: on Bitkub Exchange on 20 January 2026 at 06:00 PM.
Termination of buying and selling service of CTXC tokens: on Bitkub Exchange on 27 January 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Termination of withdrawal service of CTXC tokens: from Bitkub Exchange on 21 March 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Customers who are unable to withdraw CTXC within the aforementioned dates and times can contact our Customer Support or call 1518 for further assistance anytime. We will be pleased to provide you with our support.
CTXC Delisting Schedule
* DE (Delist) represents a cessation of digital asset trading before delisting the asset from the exchange within a given period. (Learn more about Warning Signs here.)
** The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for storing any outstanding digital assets. This fee includes any expenses that may arise as a result of your failure to withdraw the digital assets from the Company's system within the specified period.
Kindly note that the schedule stated in this announcement is subject to change. In case of any change, the Company will announce further to inform the customers in advance. Please be advised to follow us closely for updates.
Remarks:
In case customers are unable to withdraw their remaining CTXC from Bitkub Exchange before the deactivation of CTXC withdrawals,
it shall be deemed that the customer acknowledges and agrees to allow the Company to reasonably manage CTXC tokens on the Bitkub Exchange platform. Customers can contact our Customer Support or call 1518 for further assistance.
Please be informed that withdrawing CTXC tokens after the delisting dates and cessation of services from Bitkub Exchange may take longer than usual.
