Bitkub Privilege: A Guide to Membership Tiers and KUB Gem Rewards

What is Bitkub Privilege?

Bitkub Privilege is a special rewards program designed to recognize and reward customers of Bitkub Exchange ("the Company"). Customers will receive "KUB Gem," which are points earned from trading activities, and customers will be grouped into a "Membership Tier" system based on their accumulated trading volume over a period of up to 365 days. This allows customers in each membership tier to redeem points for rewards on the Bitkub Privilege platform or receive other special privileges as determined by the Company.

Bitkub Exchange customers can receive KUB Gem points from digital asset buying and selling activities on our platform. The point earning rate is calculated on a tiered system and applies only to trading volume subject to fees.

• Value of KUB Gem: 100 KUB Gem is equivalent to 1 Baht.

• KUB Gem will be updated within 15 minutes after the buy-sell transaction is completed.

• Expiration: The validity of KUB Gem points is two years. They will expire on the final day of the quarter after you earn them. For example:

  • Points received in quarter 3/2025 (July - September) > will expire on 30 September 2027

  • Points received in quarter 4/2025 (October - December) > will expire on 31 December 2027

Please note that we will begin counting points from the date and time the Bikub Privilege system is fully operational.

Membership Level (Tier)

• Membership Level Upgrade

If your accumulated trading volume reaches the requirement for the next tier, the system will upgrade your level immediately. You can begin enjoying your new benefits without waiting for the end of the quarter.

• Membership Level Downgrade

If your accumulated trading volume drops below the requirement for your current level, your membership will be adjusted at the end of each quarter. Even if your trading volume falls below the requirement during the quarter, you will keep your current level until the end of the quarter. This adjustment will affect your benefits, including your KUB Gem earning rate.

Redeeming KUB Gem Points

The redemption of KUB Gem points for rewards (such as goods, services, coupons, discounts, or other assets) must follow the terms and conditions set by the Company. Customers will only be able to redeem points for rewards that are available at the time of redemption. The Company reserves the right to change the type of rewards or the terms and conditions of redemption without prior notice.

Customers may redeem KUB Gem points for rewards on the Bitkub Privilege platform, which is managed and operated by Buzzebees Co., Ltd. This includes all aspects of point redemption and reward delivery. Therefore, all rewards, goods, coupons, or other assets that customers may redeem are not assets of the Company. Rather, they are the assets of Buzzebees Co., Ltd. or its business partners, who have agreed to allow Buzzebees Co., Ltd. to manage and offer such assets as rewards under campaigns or activities set by the Company. The Company is not involved in, nor responsible for, the service and management of these rewards.
