* You will need to register and verify your company's bank account on your Bitkub enterprise account before making a deposit.

1. Log in to your Bitkub enterprise account.
2. From the Homepage, click the WALLET icon at the upper right portion of the screen.
3. Click on the Deposit button aligned to THB.
4. Select the deposit typed specify the amount.
4.1) Select Mobile Banking (QR Code). (After you pass the account verification for a Bitkub enterprise account, you can make a deposit via this method instantly under the condition; the bank's name and the company's name must match the ones registered to your Bitkub account.) The processing time is within 1 minute to 24 hours.
4.1.1) Enter the deposit amount.
4.1.2) Read and acknowledge all deposit conditions.
4.1.3) Click DEPOSIT NOW.
4.1.4) The system will generate a QR code. Then, scan the QR code with the supported bank application.
Remarks:
- Depositing THB into an enterprise account with an authorized person's account or personal account of the related person is considered an unsolicited transaction. When making a transaction, please use only the account under the company name.
- QR codes can only be used once. If you repeat the same transaction using the same QR code, your deposit request will not be processed. More importantly, if there is an error, you may have to make a refund request which may have additional fees.
- QR code payment is closed between 11:30 PM - 12:10 AM. (GMT+7)

- If you wish to change the deposit amount and/or payment method, we strongly recommend that you cancel the previous deposit request first before creating a new one. You will see your deposit request status once you scroll down the deposit page, under the TRANSACTIONS section. There, you can find the CANCEL option.
4.2) For the Transfer THB method, (After you have already passed the account verification for a Bitkub enterprise account and added the bank account, you can make a deposit via this method instantly under the condition; the bank's name and the company's name must match the ones registered to your Bitkub account.) the processing time is within 3 days.
4.2.1) Select Transfer THB.
4.2.2) Select the supported bank (If you select Kasikorn Bank, the system will select Kasikorn Bank as a terminal bank. Otherwise, the terminal bank will always be the Siam Commercial Bank.)
Enter the deposit amount.
4.2.3) Enter the deposit amount.
4.2.4) Click DEPOSIT NOW.
4.2.5) The system will show the amount you need to transfer. (Please transfer the amount specified, including the decimal points) After checking, click OK.
4.2.6) When you receive the proof of deposit, click UPLOAD YOUR PROOF OF DEPOSIT and click UPLOAD.
The uploaded documents must follow the requirements below:
- The uploaded proof of deposit must belong to you only.
- The file should not exceed 5 MB in size and must be in one of the following formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, or PDF.
- Your proof of deposit information must match your registered bank name and the amount specified.
- Make sure that your proof of deposit is in high resolution, clear, and readable.
*** Remarks:
- You will be unable to make QR code deposits and withdrawals between 11:30 PM to 12:10 AM (GMT+7) every day due to the daily maintenance.
- For THB deposits to an enterprise account with a transfer method, please make a deposit according to the created transaction amount only. Do not separate the transactions and be sure to upload the deposit slip exactly as the specified amount.
- Bitkub does not support depositing THB for an enterprise account with a current account. Please use a savings account under the company name only for your transactions.
