Announcement: Withdrawal Suspension Notice of Infinitus Token (INF) for Delisting

Modified on Fri, 10 Feb, 2023 at 10:49 AM

As Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. ("the Company") has considered delisting the Infinitus Token (INF) due to the token is no longer qualified to be listed on Bitkub.com, we shall proceed with the next step of removing the INF signs and INF wallets (including of users not holding INF at a time) from Bitkub exchange along with suspending the withdrawal of INF from 7 May 2021, 02:30 PM (GMT+7) onwards.

Should you have INF in your Bitkub wallet, you can withdraw to other exchanges (if any) before the suspension time. Should you wish to withdraw your INF after the suspension time, you can contact our Customer Support Team to request a withdrawal assistant.

Remark

  1. In the case of INF withdrawal after 7 May 2021, an additional fee of 0.01 Ethereum (ETH) may be applied. If there is any fee, we will deduct it from your Bitkub wallet after the agreement is done. We suggest you hold this fee amount for 30 days after submitting a request through our Customer Support Team in order for us to deduct it.

  2. There will be no minimum withdrawal amount when withdrawing INF after 7 May 2021. However, INF withdrawal after the mentioned period can only be done in one total amount holding.

  3. The withdrawal processing time after 7 May 2021 is 15-60 days.
  4. Since Infinitus Token (INF) is not listed on any other exchanges other than Bitkub, please make sure that your destination wallet supports INF in order to make a complete transaction. However, Bitkub reserves the right to make a withdrawal to Bitkub's wallet (ERC-20).

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding and patience.
