How to deposit cryptocurrency to your Bitkub wallet?

Depositing cryptocurrencies can be done via the 2 methods below.

1. Copying the wallet address of your Bitkub account and pasting it to the crypto wallet you have
2. Scanning the QR Code (This method is only applicable to wallets that can scan QR codes.) 
   
   

The identity verification (KYC) is required to generate a wallet address for a crypto deposit on Bitkub Exchange. There are different wallet addresses for each cryptocurrency. Therefore, please check your Bitkub wallet address carefully before depositing your cryptocurrency.

Most of the sending cryptocurrency wallets only require the Bitkub Wallet Address to proceed with the deposit. But some cryptocurrencies require additional information, which are memo/ destination tag. The said group of cryptocurrencies are as follows:

• XRP: Memo (numeric)
• XLM: Memo (numeric)
• IOST: Memo (alphanumeric)
• BAND: Memo (numeric)
• SCRT: Memo (numeric)
• LUNA: Memo (alphanumeric)
• HBAR: Memo (numeric)
• ATOM: Memo (numeric)

CRYPTOCURRENCY DEPOSITING  METHOD

Method 1 Deposit using Copy/Paste method

1. Log in to Bitkub.com.

2. Go to the Wallet icon.

3. Select My Wallet.

4. Select the crypto you wish to deposit and then click DEPOSIT.

5. You will be directed to the deposit page. Under the deposit tab, you will see the WALLET ADDRESS of the selected crypto.

6. Click COPY ADDRESS to copy the wallet address generated by Bitkub for your account and paste it as a recipient wallet.

Remarks:

• You must select the network that matches the sender wallet used to deposit to your Bitkub wallet if there are more than 1 network supported for the token.
  
• Some tokens require a Memo/Tag which you must fill in correctly or scan, otherwise, your assets may be lost.

The processing and complete transactions will appear at the bottom of the page. (They will appear only when they have already entered the blockchain.)

7. Deposit transaction will be considered complete within 24 hours once it has confirmation on the blockchain.

Method 2 QR Code Scan

1. Log in to Bitkub.com

2. Go to the Wallet icon.

3. Select My Wallet.

4. Select the crypto you wish to deposit and then click DEPOSIT.

5. Click SHOW QR CODE to show the generated QR CODE by Bitkub for your account. You may now scan the code to the sender's wallet.

Remark: Some tokens require a Memo/Tag which you must fill in correctly or scan, otherwise, your assets may be lost.

The processing and complete transactions will appear at the bottom of the page. (They will appear only when they have already entered the blockchain.)

6. The deposit will be complete within 24 hours once it is successfully confirmed on the blockchain.

Remarks:

• 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be activated before making crypto deposits or withdrawals.
