Modified on Wed, 25 Sep at 10:50 AM

You can follow the steps below for crypto withdrawal to a Save Address.

  1. Log in on Bitkub Exchange or the Bitkub application.

  2. Go to the "Wallet" menu.

  3. Select "Withdraw" next to the token you want to withdraw.

  1. Select the person icon under the “Recipient’s Address” menu to see the addresses that you have previously saved.

  1. Select the recipient wallet address you wish to withdraw to.

  2. Select the network for the withdrawal.

  3. Fill in the memo/destination tag correctly (if any).

  4. Fill in the withdrawal amount.

  • You can check the minimum withdrawal limit of each token from the lower left corner of the “Withdrawal amount” menu.

  1. Review the withdrawal fee and net received amount, then select “Review”.

  1. Recheck the details of your withdrawal. Once you confirm, it is not possible to edit the withdrawal details. If correct, select “Confirm”.

  2. Complete the security verification which can be divided into 2 scenarios:

  • Scenario 1: Passkey is not activated; in this case, you must confirm the withdrawal by SMS OTP when you withdraw to a Save Address.

  • Scenario 2: Passkey is activated; in this case, you must confirm by using the passkey only. (For more information about passkey, please refer to this link.)

  1. After completing the security verification, kindly allow some time for the confirmation from the blockchain to be completed. Once the confirmation from the blockchain is completed, the tokens will reach the destination wallet. You can check your withdrawal activity by tapping on the history icon (clock icon) at the upper right corner of the screen.

Remarks:

  • Please always check the details of your withdrawal before confirming it. You cannot cancel a crypto withdrawal by yourself if the transaction is already sent to the system. If you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance. However, please note that any crypto withdrawal that is already confirmed on the blockchain cannot be canceled.

  • A transaction fee is applicable for crypto withdrawals. You can check the fee for each token here. However, if your transaction is internal transfers (between Bitkub accounts), you will not be charged the transaction fee.
