ID or Passport Number Collection and Usage

In accordance with the regulations presented by the Office of the Prime Minister, Bitkub requires personal information including personal ID or passport number that will enable us to identify our users. To protect our users' identities, we highly prioritize the rule of confidentiality. Any information provided will remain secured within Bitkub and users only.

For Thai nationals, Bitkub requests information of the unique number from the back of their ID card, solely for the purpose of checking the status of their ID card, and verifying its authenticity and validity using data from the Department of Provincial Administration (DOPA). We would like to emphasize that other than the purposes stipulated by the Office of the Prime Minister, we do not have any authority to use your information in any other way.
