In case the Bitkub website and application temporarily suspend trading due to some incidents, such as traffic congestion or technical issues, the Cancel Order/Withdraw Only Mode will automatically be enabled. However, you will be able to cancel pending orders and withdraw assets still. You can learn more about the Cancel Order/Withdraw Only Mode below.
1. Upon login, the system will prompt you with the yellow notification to inform you that trading services are temporarily suspended, which Cancel Order/Withdraw Only Mode will automatically be enabled.
2. Click "Market."
3. The list of your pending orders will appear in the My Open Orders tab. You can cancel each order by clicking the Cancel button.
4. If you wish to withdraw coins, please follow the instructions in this link.
Cancel Order/Withdraw Only Mode on Bitkub Application
1. Once you are logged in, select the "Trade" tab.
2. Select the coin you wish to cancel or withdraw.
3. You will see the yellow notification to inform you that the trading services are temporarily suspended, which Cancel Order/Withdraw Only Mode will automatically enable. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to cancel your pending orders.
4. Click the Clock icon on the top right corner of the screen which will redirect you to the open orders list of the cryptocurrency you selected. In this mode, you can cancel those orders by clicking the cancel button.
Remark: Please rest assured that your funds are safe and trading will continue as soon as the issue is resolved.
