How to Activate the SMS OTP Function on Bitkub Application

To activate the SMS OTP function for your Bitkub account, please follow the steps below.

1. On the Setting page, select the “SMS OTP Setting” menu.

2. Read the SMS OTP conditions before ticking the checkboxes and clicking “Accept the conditions”.

3. Complete the following steps:

Step 1: If you have already set up the 2FA, the system will pre-fill the set up key. However, if you have not set up the 2FA, you can click the "Set up automatically" button to set up 2FA first (please check this article for 2FA instructions).
Step 2: Fill in the 6-digit 2FA code correctly.
Step 3: Click “Request OTP” and fill in the 6-digit code sent to your phone correctly.

4. Click "OK" and it’s done!

Remark: It is recommended that you enter the OTP code before entering the 2FA code.
