Delisting Notice of Everex (EVX) on 28 December 2021 at 7:00 PM (GMT+7)

Modified on Thu, 21 Dec, 2023 at 3:28 PM

Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (‘’the Company’’) has considered delisting Everex (EVX) as the asset is no longer qualified for Bitkub’s listing policy annual review of 2021. The reasons include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Lack of development activity for a long period of time
  2. Lack of cooperation for providing information, and unresponsiveness to our periodic due diligence requests
  3. Low level of public communication
  4. Lack of available products from the roadmap

Due to the listed reasons above, The Company has decided to follow the delisting process as scheduled below.

Remark:

In case of a high volume of EVX withdrawal requests which decrease the asset level on the system, we may need to temporarily suspend the EVX withdrawal for asset readjustment according to the regulation. Should this event occur, we will do our best to complete the process as soon as possible and publish an announcement immediately to keep our customers updated.
