Before depositing and withdrawing tokens, it is important to check the supported networks of the sender and the recipient wallet. These 2 wallets must support at least 1 same network so you can proceed with your token transfer without risking an asset loss.

For example, your sender wallet supported BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) (or so-called “BSC (BEP-20)), while your recipient wallet did not support this network. If you transferred a token from this sender wallet to the recipient through the said network, your asset from the sender wallet would be deducted but did not appear in the recipient wallet; as a result, your asset could be lost.

How to check the supported networks of your wallets

  1. Go to your recipient wallet to which you want to transfer your token.
  2. Go to the deposit page of the currency of your token and check what networks are supported.
  3. Go to your sender wallet that you want to transfer your token from, then go to the withdrawal page of the same currency.
  4. Compare what supported networks are matching on both wallets for the same currency, then select and use one matched network for your transfer.

You can check what networks are supported on Bitkub Exchange for all cryptocurrencies here.

Remarks:

  • In case you transfer tokens to a wallet on Bitkub Exchange through a network that is not supported by our platform, please contact Bitkub Support for assistance with checking and asset recovery (if possible).
  • In case you transfer tokens from a wallet on Bitkub Exchange to a recipient wallet on a different platform through a network that is not supported by that wallet, please contact the recipient wallet provider for assistance.
