In case the level of an asset on our hot wallet is reaching a lower limit, the Company will readjust the asset level and the liquidity of the system according to the policy. The announcements will also be published on various channels immediately to inform our users when the affected services will be closed and once available again.
The withdrawals that are made during the readjustment will be on hold temporarily and will be processed as soon as the system enhancement is complete.
