How does our referral program work?

Our referral program gives benefits to the referrers. The program gives commissions to referrers as a cashback when the referee successfully completes trading on digital tokens (see more details about asset classification here).

Remarks:

• In case a referee does not register an account via the referer's link, the referee can submit a request to be under the referrer's account by sending an email to Bitkub Support within 21 days after the KYC verification level 1 is approved. Please write in the email that "I would like my account ..... (indicate your Bitkub's email address)... to be under the referral of .... (indicate your referrer's Bitkub email address)...".
• A referrer will not receive a commission if their referee uses fee credit for trading instead of their THB credit.
• Our team will proceed to complete your request within 3-7 business days.

Where can I check commissions from my friends?

The commission will appear after your referred friends successfully complete a trade on digital tokens. The amount will be automatically added to your Bitkub account. You can also check which of your friends gives you the most commissions.

 You can log in to your account by simply logging in to your account and going to the "Referral Program" page and check the amounts of your friends' transactions by selecting "Program information".

If you wish to check the commission you receive from your friends, you can check it by selecting "Our friends".

Accessing Your Referral Link via Bitkub Mobile App 

1. Login to your Bitkub Mobile App. 

2. Go to Setting > select Referral Program.

3. Click on the copy symbol or 'Invite Friends' to send your referral link to your friends.

Referral Program Rules

1. The referrer shall refer friends to register Bitkub accounts.
2. The referrer shall not:
   • set up a price to receive Bitkub's service or user account;
   • give directions on digital asset investment to the referee;
   • take trading orders from a referee or other users;
   • keep or manage other users' digital assets.
3. Any information regarding the Company must be from the official source of the Company and in accordance with the Company's terms of use. The use of the Company's trademark without the Company's consent is strictly prohibited.
4. The referrer must at least complete the Account Verification (Level 1) process in order to participate in the program.
5. The referrer will receive the referral link after the account registration and verification is completed.
6. The referrer will earn 20% of the referee's trading fee from successful trades on digital tokens as a bonus.
7. The applicant can decline any referral existing at any given moment without Bitkub having to inform the referrer.
8. The applicant is allowed to change his/her referrer or join the referral program as a referee within 21 days of getting verified to Level 1.
9. Period: valid until further notice
10. Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
    
    

Each party shall be responsible for the payment of its own applicable taxes. Neither party shall be liable for the other party’s taxes unless otherwise expressly agreed. The user and Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“Company”) agree that the withholding taxes shall be borne by the Company. However, the Company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to add, alter, amend, or withdraw any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
