If you would like to update or change addresses, whether the address per your ID document or the contact address, of your Bitkub account, you can easily submit the information for an address change request through the Persona system; the detailed instructions are available in the following article: How to submit a request for changing your email address / name / address / phone number through Persona.
However, if you cannot submit the request through Persona, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact our Bitkub Support to send your request for changing the address of your Bitkub account.
2. Our team will send an acknowledgment email to inform you that we already receive your request.
3. You will receive another email where you can fill in the information on the form via the PandaDoc system.
4. Once completing the form through PandaDoc, our team will contact you to process further and inform you of the result afterward.
Remark: A data change request is normally completed within 7 business days after we receive the complete and correct documentation, though we will make sure to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
