How to prepare pictures and upload the additional verification documents on Bitkub website in case your Thai national ID card was too blurry or unclear

The system will require additional documents for the verification process in case your submitted Thai ID card is too blurry or unclear. These are the documents you should prepare: 

  • A selfie picture of you holding an unexpired ID card and paper written “Bitkub.com”
  • Front and back pictures of your Thai national ID card along with a document issued by the Thai government (e.g., driving license, passport, etc.) 
  • A document issued by the Thai government, e.g., driving license, passport, etc. (In case of a card, please take a photo of both its front and back.)

Here are the sample documents that you should prepare before starting the process.

Steps to upload the documents on the Bitkub website

1. Log in to your account on Bitkub.com > click on your profile icon.

2. Click “Settings”.

3. Click “Verify” on level 1 to enter the verification process.

4. Click “here” at the message below the QR code to upload your picture.

5. Check the correct format of selfies, then click “OK”.

6. Upload the required pictures by clicking on each document box.



  • In the box “Upload front of your ID”: upload the front of your ID card along with the front side of an additional document issued by the Thai government, such as the driving license, etc. (Please see the "Samples" photo at the top of this article.)
  • In the box “Upload back of your ID”: upload the back side of your ID card along with the back side of an additional document issued by the Thai government, such as the driving license, etc. (Please see the "Samples" photo at the top of this article.)


* Please ensure that the documents you upload to the system are not encrypted for prompt processing.


7. Click “Submit” to send your documents.

8. The system will show a message that your documents are being processed. Then click on “Go to Dashboard” to return to the dashboard.


You will receive a notification email of your verification result within 1-7 days for general customers after the day that you successfully submit the document into the system, or within 60 days for customers with additional conditions.
