If you change to use a new device or delete the Google Authenticator application, but your Google Authenticator is linked to your email account, please follow the steps below.
1. Open the Google Authenticator application on your new device.
2. Click Get started.
3. Click Continue as ...
- All your codes from the previous application will appear.
If you are unable to transfer the 2FA to your new device after following all the steps above, please see how to submit a request to unlock 2FA through Persona from this link.
