How to Request a Daily Digital Asset Withdrawal Limit Increase for Individual Customers

As Bitkub Exchange ("the Company") has implemented additional measures for managing mule accounts, effective from 31 March 2025, as detailed in this announcement. The Company has set transaction conditions for digital asset withdrawals for specific customer groups to ensure compliance with regulations set by relevant authorities. If you wish to make a digital asset withdrawal that exceeds your current limit, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. You can choose to request an increase in your daily digital asset withdrawal limit using one of the following methods:

   1. After reaching your daily crypto withdrawal limit, a pop-up message will appear. If you would like to update your information to request an increased daily withdrawal limit, click the "Update Now" button and follow the instructions provided in item 2.
      
      
      

   2. Through the account level page.

      1. Log in to your Bitkub account on the Bitkub Exchange website.*

      2. Click on the profile icon and select "Increase limit" from the menu.
         
         
         

      3. Click the "Update now" button at the bottom of the screen.
         
         
         

Remark: This method is available only to customers with a current withdrawal limit of 50,000 baht or 200,000 baht per day, whose accounts were approved on or after 31 March 2025.

2. After completing the above steps, the system will direct you to the document upload page. You can click the down arrow next to the document type to view examples of correct documents. The document upload conditions are as follows:
   
   
   

• The system supports only .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .pdf files, with a maximum size of 20 MB per file.

• If your file is password-protected, you must enter the password in the pop-up field or unlock the file before uploading it to the system.

  • Please be aware that if you upload an encrypted file without confirming the password to unlock it, and then refresh the page or exit the document upload screen, the file will not be saved to the system and will need to be re-uploaded.

  • Once you have entered the password, click the "Confirm" button. If the password is correct, the system will start uploading the documents.

• You can upload a maximum of 12 files.

• To delete a file, you can click the trash can icon.

• The files you upload will be kept in the system for 90 days and then automatically deleted if they are not submitted.

3. After uploading the documents, click the "Submit" button. We will review your information and notify you of the results via email within 7-15 days for general customers and within 60 days for customers with additional conditions after receiving complete and correct documents.

Remarks:

• If your request is not approved, you can upload documents again at any time for us to reconsider.

• Once a customer’s daily coin withdrawal limit has been increased to over 200,000 baht, the system will no longer display the option to request a limit increase using this method.

• * Currently, this method for requesting an increase to your daily crypto withdrawal limit is only available on the website. Please stay tuned for an official announcement regarding its availability on the application.
