Usage Conditions and Limitations of SMS OTP, Email OTP, and Authentication Code for Coin Withdrawal Verification

The conditions and limitations of SMS OTP, Email OTP, and authentication code are explained below. Kindly note that these conditions apply to customers from all countries.

1. SMS OTP

1 SMS OTP is valid for 3 minutes.

2. Email OTP

You can request up to 10 email OTPs per day, and the limit resets automatically at midnight (GMT+7).
You can request a new code every 60 seconds.
1 email OTP is valid for 5 minutes, and you have 3 attempts to enter each code correctly.

For security, the system will also notify you when an incorrect authentication code input is detected from the second attempt onward through the following channels.

1st incorrect input: No notification
2nd incorrect input: Notify via LINE and SMS
3rd - 5th incorrect inputs: Notify via LINE, SMS, and Email
