Details and How to Request Official Documents from Bitkub Exchange

Bitkub Exchange understands that our customers may require official documents for various purposes, such as submitting financial statements, filing taxes, visa applications, personal record-keeping, or other purposes.


To ensure you can select the correct document for your specific needs, we have compiled the details of how to request documents and each type of official document available from Bitkub Exchange.


How to Request Documents


  1. Launch the application or log in to the Bitkub Exchange website:
    • For the Application: Tap the “Help & Support” button on the Bitkub Application’s Home screen.
    • For the Website: Click the green chat button at the bottom right corner of the screen and fill in your information.
  2. Select “Request Official Documents.”

  3. Enter your Bitkub Exchange registered email correctly and confirm it. (Only accounts that have completed KYC Level 1 verification are eligible to request documents.)

  4. Choose the type of document you need, then fill in the necessary information for that document.

  5. Once all information is entered, the system will provide a summary for your review. You can edit the details at this stage. If everything is correct, click “Confirm”.

  6. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with a Case ID to acknowledge your document request.

  7. Our staff will process your request and send the document to your registered email. The processing time depends on the type of document requested.


Document Details


1. Certificate of Membership

  • Purpose: To certify membership with Bitkub Exchange.
  • Information Displayed: Full name, national ID number, and membership start date (from successful KYC Tier 1 verification date).


2. Transaction History Certificate

  • Purpose: To provide information related to customers' transaction history on Bitkub Exchange.
  • Information Displayed: Full name, address, national ID number, member ID, document request time, and transaction history data, including: date, amount, currency, balance, description, and transaction ID.


3. Wallet Balance Certificate

  • Purpose: To show the customer's remaining asset information in their Bitkub account.
  • Information Displayed: Full name, national ID number, and remaining asset information in the account, specifying the date, time, and approximate asset value in Thai Baht (at the date and time of document issuance).


4. Withholding Tax Certificate (The document is only available in Thai.)

  • Purpose: To display withholding tax information related to applicable services.
  • Information Displayed: Type of assessable income paid, date, month, or tax year of payment, amount paid, and tax withheld and remitted.
