Please be alert of fake Bitkub accounts

We would like to inform everyone that there is a Facebook account claiming to be Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. This account is attempting to deceive people by hacking and stealing assets from their Bitkub wallets. We would like to be clear that we are not affiliated in any way possible with this channel.

SMS from Bitkub

If you request an SMS-OTP, you will receive a message from our system which will indicate a warning and inform you that we DO NOT ask for your OTP details. Please be careful of giving such information to prevent risks from scammers. The message from our system (requested via mobile application and website), sent from "Bitkub" looks like an example here:

"The SMS-OTP is 123456 (ABCD). Bitkub staff will never ask you for this OTP."

Note: Whoever is behind this fraudulent activity deceiving our customers by creating/showing false statements and such action is found guilty will be punished with imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding 6,000 (six thousand) Baht or both.
