Chat history request

Bitkub Exchange has now switched off the auto-reply function that would send your Live Chat history via email to protect and secure your information. In case you wish to request your chat history, please follow the steps below.


  1. Send your request to Bitkub Support via Live Chat or email by using the email address registered to your Bitkub account only.
  2. Our team will proceed to verify your identity.
  3. Our team will then prepare your chat history as requested and send it to you in a PDF format via the email address registered to your Bitkub account.


For the safety of your account and account information, we kindly ask you to carefully consider before requesting such documents and the safest way to keep the file, e.g. consider using a password to prevent unauthorized access to the document, as it may contain your personal information which can be used for verification as well as access to your assets and account information.
