- Your email service provider may have set Bitkub Exchange email in a lower priority queue, which may take some time for the emails to be loaded and appear in your inbox.
- Your emails may be set to automatically transfer to other folders, such as an assigned folder, etc.
We highly suggest you follow the methods below for possible solutions.
- Check if your email address is the one that you registered on Bitkub Exchange.
- Delete unwanted emails so that the emails from Bitkub Exchange can be seen more easily.
- Take a look at your Spam/Junk folder.
- Kindly add no-reply@bitkub.com to your whitelist in your email settings so that you will receive our email as a priority without any exceptions. (Should you need assistance in adding this email address, we recommend reaching the email service provider).
- Check if the emails are transferred to subfolders.
