What to do in case you cannot withdraw after logging in

We would like to bring to your attention that withdrawal will be suspended for 10 minutes after logging in for security purposes. If you wish to withdraw before the period is over, please check the following instructions.


1. Log in to your Bitkub.com.

  • When trying to withdraw within 10 minutes after logging in, the system will show the remaining time before the withdrawal becomes available again. Once the remaining time is up, the withdrawal feature will go back to normal automatically. 


2. To withdraw within 10 minutes after you log in, click 'Go To Setting' to cancel the security function.

3. Click on the "SECURITY" tab on the settings page, then go down to the menu "WITHDRAWAL SUSPENSION FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER LOGIN" to disable the function.

4. To confirm the disabling, fill in the correct answers for the questions in the pop-up, then click "OK".


Remark: If you give any answer incorrectly, your account will be temporarily suspended. Please contact our Bitkub Support for further assistance.

Once the security function is successfully disabled, the withdrawal feature will recover immediately. If you wish to enable the function again, you may click on the button of the menu "WITHDRAWAL SUSPENSION FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER LOGIN". If the button turns green, the function is enabled.
